In order to help club members familiarize themselves with concepts such as being a delegate, chair, organiser (and many more), we want to propose new models to educate club members towards this goal. Therefore, we aim to broaden the knowledge of club members by forming a flexible curriculum including these models. We also believe that this method will further encourage peer-to-peer learning, which will allow club members to foster a dynamic environment with teamwork. The models which we will be using are stated below:
