Now that we are not only a club that attends sessions but organises one, we believe that teamwork dymanics within our club is the most important factor towards organising a session (in a possible scenario where we organise a Gebze'26 or Gebze'27 ;) ). Aside from this fact, we also want to alter the audition process in a way that it can act as a simulation of a real EYP session. Therefore, we will be trying to alter the process by turning the one-on-one sessions to a group discussion. Through this method, we believe that our club members will also have an opportunity to observe team dynamics.

However, we think that the current method used in club auditions is quite useful, therefore we also want to use the original method while preparing a new one. We are thinking of creating a hybrid system that allows candidates to be assessed based on both methods.
