With great power comes great responsibility. Throughout the year, (especially while participating in interactive modules) ceratin tasks will be eventually distributed among club members. From designing posts for social media to the wildest task ever imaginable, there are a variety of tasks waiting to be distributed. In this process, while distributing the necessary tasks (excluding ones relevant to organising our current session), we will make sure to include clear definitions of each task, followed by the equal distribution of them among club members, allowing them to discover their field of interest or talent when it comes to managing asks within the club. Upon close observations and based on a feedback system, we will help guide club members to their field of interest while distributing tasks, making EYP not just a club but a fun place where members can have fun based on their specialties.
