Will the date and time for our club meetings be changed?
We are planning to slightly adjust the time of our meetings, as it can cause some struggles for people in GSP. We will try our best to find a suitable time on Monday to hold our meetings.
What are you planning to do in club meetings?
We will be introducing more interactive modules for club members. We aim that through interacive learning, we can help club members exchange information with each other. We actually have some promises and goals that we mentioned which is similar to this topic. Make sure to check them out!
Will the administration provide us with tickets while attending sessions?
We will be discussing this matter with the administration and help delegates recieve tickets for each session that they attend in Türkiye. We will also be further looking into ways to transport groups of delegates from the school to the airport, bus station, train station etc.
In order to give club members extensive feedback regarding their applications for sessions, we will be adding application writing and reviewing workshops within meeting hours. We will also encourage peer-to-peer learning, allowing experienced club members to review you work!

How will knowledge regarding app writing, session planning etc. be transferred to club members?
We are planning to form an accessible database for all club members in order to help them access preexisting application examples, helpful presentations and many more materials that our other club members once provided us with through Google Drive!
